Adult Golf Conditioning Class
Join fellow golfers at the YMCA of Sandusky County for an 8‑week conditioning class built to help you feel your best when golf season arrives. This adult program focuses on improving flexibility, balance, strength, and endurance through simple, effective exercises tailored to the needs of golfers. You’ll work on movements that support a smoother swing, better posture, and more power, all in a supportive group setting. It’s a great way to shake off the off‑season, stay active, and get course‑ready together.
March 26 Session
Our 8-week class 3/4/26-4/25/26 will focus on:
• Range of motion for the torso, shoulders and hips
• Strength and core training
• Timing and coordination of multi-joint movements
• Improved overall balance and mobility
