FREE Healthy Kids Day
Healthy Kids Day® is the Y’s national initiative to improve the health and well-being of kids and families. For over 30 years, YMCAs and their communities hosted free community events aimed to inspire kids and families to keep their minds and bodies active throughout the summer months and beyond.
Healthy Kids Day 2026
In honor of its 175th anniversary in the United States, YMCAs nationwide are expanding their commitment to nurturing healthy, confident kids through their annual Healthy Kids Day celebration. Healthy Kids Day reflects the Y’s long-standing mission of strengthening communities and helping youth reach their full potential, a mission that has guided the organization for 175 years and continues to shape its work today.
Join us April 18th, 2026 from 12:00pm – 2:00 pm for our Free Healthy Kids Day! This event will include vendors from the community to offer healthy food options and activities for the kids! The activities and more are listed below!
