Force Running
This main program consists of three different divisions to keep kids in shape year round. These divisions are Cross Country, Indoor Track and Outdoor Track. Each division teaches kids fundamentals of running along with conditioning for different areas of running.
Indoor Track
This division will consist of learning the fundamentals of running. Runners will practice long distance, sprints, and develop relay teams.
Practices will be in the fieldhouse at the indoor track.
Open for ages 5 years old to 14 years old!!
Mondays and Wednesdays 6:00-7:00pm
Fees: Member $42 / Non-Member $85

Outdoor Track and Field
Participants will practice long distance, sprints, field events, and develop relay teams. The track program is a traveling program and we will travel to other YMCAs and recreation departments to compete. We will have approximately 3-4 track meets. Practices held at Fremont Ross Track Mondays and Wednesdays 5:30-7:00.
Volunteer coaches to assist would be greatly appreciated!
First practice will be Monday April 27th.
Open for ages 5 years old to 12 years old!!
