Force Running
This main program consists of three different divisions to keep kids in shape year round. These divisions are Cross Country, Indoor Track and Outdoor Track. Each division teaches kids fundamentals of running along with conditioning for different areas of running.
Outdoor Track and Field
Participants will practice long distance, sprints, field events, and develop relay teams. The track program is a traveling program and we will travel to other YMCAs and recreation departments to compete. We will have approximately 3-4 track meets. Practices held at Fremont Ross Track Mondays and Wednesdays 5:30-7:00.
First practice will be Monday April 28th.
Open for ages 5 years old to 12 years old!!
Fees: Member $38 / Non-Member $76
