Force Running
This main program consists of three different divisions to keep kids in shape year round. These divisions are Cross Country, Indoor Track and Outdoor Track. Each division teaches kids fundamentals of running along with conditioning for different areas of running.
Cross Country
The Fremont Force cross country team is for youth to come out and learn the fundamentals of running. Youth will run at Walsh Park and run in local area cross country races throughout the season.
